24/05-2007 11:53:52: (VIZ) EXERCISE OF OPTIONS & SELLING OF SHARES CFO and Corporate Controller have Exercised Options & sold Shares CFO, Ofra Brown has exercised 15,000 options in Vizrt Ltd. at an exercise of USD 0.79 per share and sold the shares at a price of Euro 17.1 per shares. The options were part of the company`s option plan. As a result of this exercise Brown has 105,000 remaining options connected to this program. Additionally, no change in Brown share holding of 10,526 shares. Corporate Controller Sharon Tehar-Lev has exercised 10,000 options in Vizrt Ltd. at an exercise price of USD 4.0 per share and sold the shares at a price of Euro 17.1 per shares. The options were part of the company`s option plan. As a result of this exercise Tehar-Lev has 22,500 remaining options connected to this program. Following the above exercise of options the total shares out standing in Vizrt has increased to 20,437,612 |
