CommWorks Corporation Purchases Multiple SledgeHammer(TM) Test Systems from Empirix WILMINGTON, Mass., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The Communications Infrastructure Test Group of Empirix (formerly Hammer Technologies) announced today that CommWorks Corporation, a 3Com Company (Nasdaq: COMS), has purchased multiple SledgeHammer Test Systems for testing carrier-class, high-density multiservice access equipment. Initial system deliveries were taken in Q4 2000 with further purchases planned in 2001.
