30/05-2007 11:02:41: (VIZ) EXERCISE OF OFTIONS & SELLING OF SHARES Executive VP Operations has Exercised Options & sold Shares Mr. Christian Huber, Executive VP Operations, has exercised 10,000 options in Vizrt Ltd. at an exercise price of USD 0.54 per share, and sold the shares at a price of Euro 17.00 per share. The options were part of the company`s option plan. As a result of this exercise Christian Huber has 20,000 remaining options connected to this program. Additionally, there is no change in Christian Huber`s share holding of 137,802 shares.
