Acquired Properties Our strategic land holdings in the Cortez Trend dramatically increased from 36 to 170 square miles with our recently completed takeover of Nevada Pacific, White Knight, and Tone Resources. In the process, we have also acquired an additional 80 square miles of prospective land in Nevada. Set out below are descriptions of 3 properties with very interesting exploration results. Keystone(i) adjoins Tonkin to the west and has characteristics similar to other Nevada mines that are associated with base metals such as Barrick/Rio Tinto's Cortez Joint Venture and Newmont's Gold Quarry. Earlier surface samples have returned up to 0.867 opt gold and a 2005 drill hole intersected 1,100 ft. of anomalous Carlin style pathfinder elements in Lower Plate Roberts Mountain Formation.
