STOCK CALL: DBS raises Coastal Greenland (1124.HK [News / Quote]) target to HK$2.39 from HK$1.65 due to NAV enhancement from new land projects and higher-than-expected sales in existing projects; keeps as Buy. Says Coastal Greenland has further shown market its skills in land procurement and project development; latest landbank size is around 5.3 million sqm GFA with 70% located in Wuhan, Shenyang and Beijing. Says management expects completion area of around 1 million sqm Graphical Forecast Area in March 2008, 1.7 million sqm GFA in March 2009, significantly up from 0.47 million sqm GFA in March 2007.
