The 43-101 is coming and although I wastold that it should have been released last week, the Qualified Person (underthe 43-101 legislation) John Gorham is just now reviewing it all, and addingsome final information before it is filed.
Part of this issue is simply delays causedby how busy everyone in the industry is at this time. John has also beenworking on another project in the Yukon, which has complicated matters inregards getting him the amended report, him reviewing it and then making hisadditions and then sending it back to us.
Although I was told that it should comeout last week, it still had apparently this information that needed to be addedand John needed to sign off on the changes that had been made by CharliePitchers team, who actually have more experience in preparing 43-101s.
In regards the project generally, we haveseveral samples that are being worked on at SGS Lakefield and the mostimportant one should be finished any day now. It is the acid leaching test thatis a repeat of the same process that was done in 2004, and which showed thatCommerce Resources ore simply consumed less acid than the industrystandard, set by the processing of the Sons of Gwalias ore by HC Starck.Less acid means lower costs and the confirmation of these results by thecurrent sample would be extremely significant for CCE.
As well, the crews have been on-site fortwo weeks and are working very hard on soil samples on the area between theUpper Fir deposit and down to the Bone Creek (where we drilled in 2005) andalso up to the east of the Verity deposit, where we have received the highestgrade samples for the entire project (up to 2,900 grams per ton, when theaverage is 200 grams per ton).
And now to the item that is most importantat this time: We will announce that we have closed the company side of thisfinancing that was announced recently. The institutional side will be closedvery shortly with Shoreline Pacific handling this.
These announcements need to be made BEFOREwe announce anything else that is perhaps more news worthy.
I apologize for the delay, but we will getthis 43-101 out very shortly, as we will other information.
