anbei mal der Auszug aus dem akt. Halbjahresbericht:Since December 2006, we have been actively exploring potential sources of financing for our projects. In early February 2007 we signed a mandate letter with an international commercial bank and an investment bank to provide up to $550.0 million of debt financing for our development projects, subject to the banks' satisfaction with a number of conditions, including due diligence by the banks, receipt of favorable reports from independent consultants, our receipt of commitments for new equity in the amount of at least $150.0 million, credit committee approval by the banks, and other customary closing conditions. We are working toward satisfying the various conditions, but there can be no assurance that all of the conditions will be met. Simultaneously with discussions with potential lenders, we have been meeting with various potential sources of equity capital. We intend to raise capital through a registered primary offering of our securities and may continue exploring the availability of private equity capital. We have not yet entered into any agreements for the necessary equity to fund our growth and there can be no assurance that such capital will be available.
