DJ MARKET TALK: JPM Starts Teem Foundation Overweight, HK$4.0 Tgt Aug 07, 2007 11:23 1059 [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: JP Morgan starts Teem Foundation (0628.HK [News / Quote]) at Overweight, pegs target at HK$4.00, says shares' valuation 'undemanding,' trading at 7.5X FY08P/E, with 9% yield. 'We like Teem Foundation as it is a unique, pure Macau junket play that benefits from the exceptional growth in the Macau VIP (high-rollers) gaming market;' company controls two promoters whose business it is to bring high-rollers to casinos in Macau in return for commissions based on bets placed by punters. Adds, 'unlike other Macau plays, (Teem) is not subjected to risks of project cost overrun or margin squeeze.' Stock +6.0% at HK$2.81.
