We have incurred recurring losses from operations. Our continuation is dependent upon a successful program of acquisition and exploration, and achieving a profitable level of operations. We will need to raise approximately $10 million additional financing to execute our business plan. The issuance of additional equity securities by us would result in a significant dilution in the equity interests of our current stockholders. Obtaining loans, assuming those loans would be available, would increase our liabilities and future cash commitments.
