DJ MARKET TALK: DB Cuts China Grand Forestry Tgt To HK$3.19; Buy Sep 04, 2007 15:20 1503 [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: China Grand Forestry Resources (0910.HK [News / Quote]) off 7.0% at HK$2.52 after it raised HK$1.30 billion through issuing 539.6 million new shares at HK$2.40 each, discount to closing price of HK$2.71 on August 31. Deutsche Bank cuts China Grand Forestry Resources target price to HK$3.19 from HK$3.51; still keeps on Buy call. Says fund-raising activity is in line with expectation, but company choosing equity issue instead of debt financing a surprise to market.
