According to sec.21 para. 1 WpHG, this is to inform you that J O Hambro Capital Management Limited, Ground Floor, Ryder Court, 14 Ryder Street, London SW1Y 6QB, has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of Drillisch AG, Wilhelm-Roentgen-Str, 1-5, 63477 Maintal on the 22 August 2007. and then amounted to 3.20% (1,144,845 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting rights. The attribution of voting rights to J O Hambro Capital Management Limited as investment manager according to Article 22, para 1, sentence 1, no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is 3.20% corresponding to 1,144,845 voting rights. These voting rights which are split between the J O Hambro Capital Management European Select Value Fund, a sub fund of the J O Hambro Capital Management Umbrella Fund plc according to Article 22, para 1, sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is 2.94% corresponding to 1,053,281 voting rights and to J O Hambro Capital Management Continental Select Value Fund, a sub fund of the J O Hambro Capital Management UK Umbrella Fund plc according to Article 22, para 1, sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is 0.26% corresponding to 91,564 voting rights. The attribution of voting rights to J O Hambro Capital Management Limited as investment manager according to Article 22, para 1, sentence 1, no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is 4.69% corresponding to 1,676,840 voting rights. These voting rights which are split between the J O Hambro Capital Management European Select Value Fund, a sub fund of the J O Hambro Capital Management Umbrella Fund plc according to Article 22, para 1, sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is 4.13% corresponding to 1,572,468 voting rights and to J O Hambro Capital Management Continental Select Value Fund, a sub fund of the J O Hambro Capital Management UK Umbrella Fund plc according to Article 22, para 1, sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is 0.81% corresponding to 104,372 voting rights. Furthermore, by a further attribution of voting rights to JOHCM Alternative Investments LLP, acting as investment manager for The Trident European Fund of 0.35% corresponding to 287,976 voting rights.
