The acquisition provides FortuneCity with an immediate operational and technical capability in precisely those services it has targeted for diversification into paid-services. IReg.com`s current base of paying subscribers is growing at a rate of 10% per month. FortuneCity will pay a total of $1.16 million, predominantly in FortuneCity shares. IReg.com is currently based in Vancouver, Canada, but its operations will be transferred to New York in the second quarter of this year.
