Hallo 08/10-2007 14:09:48: (VIZ) VIZRT EMPLOYEES EXERCISED OPTIONS During the months of August & September 2007, employees of Vizrt Ltd. exercised 94,400 options. The options were part of the company`s option plan. Following the above exercise of options and the bonus shares distribution, the total shares outstanding in Vizrt Ltd. has increased to 61,806,797. |
