In placement arranged by CLSA, holder selling 150 million shares (with option to upsize to 206.88 million shares) at indicative HK$3-3.15 range for 6.5-11.0% discount to pre-suspension price of HK$3.37. Vendor indicated to be Smart Town Holdings, which according to exchange filing is beneficially owned by major holder of Dore.
