Das hier aber noch einiges gehen wird zeigt sich auch durch die folgende aktuelle Meldung: NOVEMBER 2, 2007 PROPOSED MOVE FROM GDR LISTING TO MAIN MARKET KazakhGold Group Limited (LSE: KZG) announces today that it is reviewing its strategic options including listing its shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and seeking admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's Main Market for listed securities (the "Main Market"). JPMorgan Cazenove Limited was appointed as corporate broker to KazakhGold on 1 August 2007 and will be acting for the company as its financial adviser in relation to reviewing its strategic options for moving its listing to the Main Market. Commenting on today's announcement, Kanat Assaubayev, Executive Chairman of KazakhGold said: ''The Main Market in London is one of the most prestigious, liquid international markets in the world and includes some of the world’s largest mining groups. KazakhGold Group wishes to fully utilise this market in order to enhance its investor profile, improve its transparency and accountability, thereby adding value for our shareholders. We look forward to completing this move together with our new advisors JPMorgan Cazenove in the shortest possible time frame.” |
