Volkswagen's Osterloh Seeks Porsche Holding Seat, Focus Says By Thom Rose Nov. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Volkswagen AG works council head Bernd Osterloh has demanded a seat on the supervisory board of the holding company that Porsche AG set up to manage its stake in the company, Focus magazine reported, without saying where it got the information. Osterloh wrote a letter arguing that he should be included in the supervisory board and the works council of the holding company immediately, Focus said. Osterloh wrote in the letter that Porsche already controls Volkswagen through its stake in the company, the magazine said. Porsche Chief Executive Officer Wendelin Wiedeking plans to push for changes at Volkswagen, aimed at making sure the company's brands don't compete with one another, Focus said.
