CGFr wurde vor gut zwei Wochen von Reportern eine Manipulation der Geschäftszahlen vorgeworfen Recently, two reporters from China Business Post raised doubt on China Grand Forestry’s (CGF, 0910.HK) earning in an article, as their findings showed that there was no logging in CGF’s Shanxi forest land. However, in its June-ended FY06 results, CGF claimed that there were 56,000 cubic meters of pinewoods harvested from that forest land and sales was booked. CGF’s management claimed in an announcement in HKEX that they do not know the source of the information that the article was based on and is considering the possible legal actions in relation to the articles which contain certain misleading information and false allegation. Wurde die Anschuldigung mittlerweile entkräftet. Ist es eigentlich in Hong Kong üblich, dass die Jahres- / Quartalszahlen nicht testiert werden. Ich habe eine große Angst! Nämlich das ich in einer Firma investiert bin, die Zahlen nach Belieben rausgibt, so wird der Waldbestand in den letzten Quartalszahlen massiv hochgewertet. Ich hab keine Ahnung wie die ihren Waldbestand bewerten? Was ist den mit ihren genveränderten, schnell wachsenden Maulbeerbäumen? Weiß jemand wieviel Hektar aktuell damit bepflanzt sind?
