[posting]32421732[/posting]Dividend Payment Schedule In 2008 the payment of quarterly dividends will occur according to the following schedule. A gross dividend of 1.50 USD per share (paid on a quarterly basis) will be submitted to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting of May 13, 2008. Quarterly payments of 0.375 USD per share will occur on March 17, June 16, September 15 and December 15. Dividends are announced in USD and paid in USD for shares listed on the NY stock exchange and paid in Euros for shares listed on the European stock exchanges (Netherlands, France, Spain, Luxembourg and Belgium). Dividends to be paid in Euros are converted from USD to Euros based on the ECB exchange rate mentioned in the table below. A Luxembourg withholding tax of 15% is applied on the gross dividend amounts.
