I spoke with Ric Razecca this morning for about 15 minutes. He said the hold up is not on their end but the 3rd party doing more due diligence. As far as he can tell with the paperwork everything looks good and should happen.
He also mentioned the buyback that will start with any new loan closing. He seemed confident and knows shareholders are anxiously waiting for something to happen. He said he's getting about 100 emails a day with some ASKING for a R/S. He doesn't agree with that either as the stock would certainly never survive. It would just go back to where it is now. Until there's actual revenue it would make no sense whatsoever for a R/S
