As a result of today's trading activity, Protocall CEO Bruce Newman wanted to issue the following statement to shareholders:
Today’s trading volume is not the result of any adverse change in our business or prospects and is likely related to previous convertible note financings as discussed in our most recent financial statements. We believe that our business remains exceptionally strong and we are quite optimistic about our prospects in the coming months and years.
