Here are some nice facts about the story just to put things in perspective for new and current investors to see the HUGE potential that Protocall offers to the market but to shareholderes as well;
A)PCLI and a big retailer partnership(WALGREEN)
Protocall recently completed an agreement with a national retailer that plans to begin using the company’s service in the FIRST QUARTER of 2008.
In addition, the company is in discussions and/or contract negotiations with other national retailers that plan to use its service in a variety of retail venues including video stores, grocery chains, product distribution centers, college book stores, highway travel centers and convenience stores.

C)WALGREEN recent statement About installing Movie DVD-Burning Kiosks!!
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Walgreen Co plans to put kiosks that can make DVDs of popular movies in drugstore photo departments next year, using a new system that would increase selection while avoiding piracy.
"We hope to launch DVD-burning kiosks in the next few months. We think its a type of solution that will work very well in our stores, giving us the ability to provide a virtual inventory to a diverse customer base," said Tiffani Bruce, a spokeswoman for Walgreen, the nation's largest drugstore chain, with more than 6,000 stores.

D)Potential for BLOCKBUSTER to get into the DVD-burning kiosk business..From the same article;
"The burning capability is a perfect complement to our Movielink download business, because it will eventually enable consumers to store movies on their hard drives or DVDs for future usage," said Blockbuster spokesman Randy Hargrove.
He said Blockbuster would examine kiosks.
"We'll continue to monitor it. If it makes sense to get into kiosks, it's clearly something we could do," he said.
