Hallo, ich kann die Totenstille eigentlich nicht verstehen. Ist euch denn euer Geld egal? Da kommt ein amerikanischer Investor, der nicht nur das nötige Geld, sondern auch die Möglichkeiten für einen Vertrieb in den USA bietet und die sagen folgendes: "Die Prüfung des Investors hat ergeben, dass der kein Geld hatte..." (nicht wörtlich aber sinngemäss von Mr. IR) Hierzu eine Pressemeldung des Investors von heute: Friday April 20, 9:30 am Eastern Time Key iDial Executives Convert $1.3 Million of Debt to Equity FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2001--iDial Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:IDNW) announced today that its Chairman, Mark T. Wood and its Vice-Chairman, Carl K. Battie, have renewed their commitment to the Company by agreeing to convert approximately $1.3 million in debt funding provided by them to the Company into convertible preferred stock. Responding to a request from the Board of Directors to Messieurs Wood and Battie, this agreement eliminates 50% of the Company`s outstanding debt and greatly strengthens the Company`s Balance Sheet and Shareholder Equity. "I see a strong future for the Company and believe strongly in what we are doing as a Company and management team. This is a strong statement of my commitment to our Company, employees and shareholders and of my desire to increase the value of the Company for all," said Mr. Wood. "I am very pleased to be able to convert this debt. Retiring the debt has increased our stockholder`s equity to approximately $8.2 million and significantly improved the debt to equity ratio from approximately 37% to 17%," said Mr. Battie. Jetzt ist man sich wohl mit einem Berliner Unternehmer handelseinig geworden, von dem einige behaupten er sässe im AR von bbb. Merkwürdiger Zufall, oder? Ich kann nur allen raten, sich zur AOHV nach Berlin zu begeben und ihr Stimmrecht wahrzunehmen. Nach meinem erachten hätte der - laut bbb zahlungsunfähige - Ami dafür gesorgt den Laden wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen. Im übrigen sind die Ergebnisse entsprechend. Wer glaubt noch an die Prognose von 2,2 Mill €? Aktuell soll die bbb nicht einmal 300.000 € umgesetzt haben. T´schönes Wochenende... |
