Nascent Announces Opening of New Distribution Center in Mexicali 3/10/2008 The new facility will house two of Nascent's operations SAN DIEGO, Mar 10, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nascent Wine Company, Inc. (OTCBB:NCTW), dba Nascent Foodservice, the only nationwide distributor of imported food and beverage products in Mexico, announced today it has opened a new distribution center in Mexicali. The new facility will house the operations of Best Beer and Comercial Targa. The move was made to accommodate the growth of Nascents food and beverage distribution and consolidate the operations in an effort to reduce expenses. The facility located in the central area of the city is approximately 20,000 square feet. Sandro Piancone, CEO of Nascent, stated: "Investing in our operations remains a key focus for Nascent Foodservice. The addition of our new Mexicali distribution center further extends our reach across Mexico and provides us with greater capacity to handle increased sales volume.
