Founder May Go Overseas through M&A and Listing Abroad

Chairman of Founder Group Mr. Wei Xin recently said in an interview, regarding its plan of globalization, the company may go overseas through merger and acquisiton and is preparing for listing on the stock market abroad.
Founder entered into PCB market also through merging with a PCB company. Mr. Wei says it is appropriate for a developing company to expand through the capital market.
