Value-added Fertilizer Strategy Hanfeng’s growth strategy is to capitalize on our first-mover advantage in the value-added fertilizer industry by focusing our resources on establishing a market leading position in two prime agricultural regions of China: the China East Region (Jiangsu, Shandong, Anhui, and Zhejiang provinces and Shanghai), and the Northeast China region (Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning provinces and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region).
