11.06.2008 15:48 IPO of solar power company Sinosol may take place in June - sources UPDATE (adds details on press conference) STUTTGART (Thomson Financial) - The initial public offering of German-Chinese solar company Sinosol AG. (News) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange may take place this June, sources told Thomson Financial News partner dpa-AFX. On Thursday, the company will hold a press conference at the Intersolar trade fair in Munich, revealing further details of the IPO. Last week, the company said it expects the listing on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to take place 'in the near future in 2008'. Through the float, the company aims to raise funds for solar power parks and to purchase new technologies. The company, founded in 2006, sells solar power systems and turnkey solar power parks.
