http://www.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/20080811/LTN… SHARE PREMIUM CANCELLATION The Board announces that the Company proposes to effect the Share Premium Cancellation by cancelling the entire amount standing to the credit of the share premium account of the Company and applying the credit arising therefrom towards the elimination of the Accumulated Losses. Upon the Share Premium Cancellation becoming effective, the Accumulated Losses will be eliminated. A SGM will be held to consider and, if thought fit, pass a special resolution to approve the Share Premium Cancellation. A circular containing, among other things, further details about the Share Premium Cancellation and a notice convening the SGM will be despatched to the Shareholders as soon as practicable. |
