[posting]35143751[/posting]http://www.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/20080916/LTN… In view of the healthy balance sheet with steady monthly cash inflow and future working capital requirements of the Company, it is appropriate to return some cash to shareholders and the Board of Directors has resolved to declare a special dividend of HK1.5 cents per share of the Company (the “Special Dividend”). The Special Dividend is the Company’s long-term strategy to reward shareholders for their on-going support and a financial leverage which can improve return on equity. After the payment of the special dividends, the Company’s cash holding still remains healthy. Barring unforeseeable circumstance, it is the intention of the Board of Directors to continue the strategy of paying dividend in the future. |
