Recovery of the property market would follow, and the real-estate sector was likely to benefit from loosened credit environment and the government's huge financial expenses, he said. The group's pre-sale of properties under development totalled $1.995 billion for the six months ended September 30, of which about $1.926 billion was attributable to the group. The selling price per square metre was $8,000. The company's gearing ratio at present is 100%. |
