European brand awareness

Leading e-tailer announces partnerships with Priceline and QXL
ricardo plc to commence new promotional campaign

LetsBuyIt.com, Europe`s number one co-buying business, today
announced the launch of a new marketing drive, commencing with two
significant new strategic partnerships and the launch of a
pan-European promotional campaign.


Partnership Activities

Leading travel site, Priceline, is to provide LetsBuyIt.com
members with instant access to its unique Name Your Own Price(tm)
buying system for flights, hotel rooms and car hire. The second
partnership is with QXL ricardo plc, the pan-European online auction
community. Both deals will involve joint marketing campaigns through
which LetsBuyIt.com plans to reach a wide audience of European
Internet users, helping to significantly expand its member community.


LetsBuyIt.com`s partnership with Priceline is geared towards
further increasing the brand awareness of both firms in the UK. Under
the terms of agreement, Priceline will promote LetsBuyIt.com in its
mass mailings distributed to members on an ongoing basis. The
partnership also offers LetsBuyIt.com`s UK members the chance to Name
Your Own Price(tm) for Priceline`s bargain flights with world class
airlines, hotels and car hire partners, direct from the co-buying
site.

"Since our launch in January we have become the second most
recognised online travel provider", comments Earl Quenzel,
Priceline`s Chief Marketing Officer. "This partnership of two
powerful brands will enable both of us to benefits from our Internet
literate customers and extend the value of our marketing efforts."

Complementing QXL`s European reach, the deal with QXL will involve
a joint marketing campaign, initially consisting of banner swaps and
newsletter marketing in LetsBuyIt.com`s four operating countries -
UK, Germany, Sweden and France, where QXL is equally present.

Both Partnership activities are in line with LetsBuyIt.comĀ“s
partnership strategy, which was announced earlier this year, and
through which the company intends to efficiently increase it`s
membership base and drive revenues through partnering with equally
strong e-commerce players across Europe.

28th to June 24th, will offer members a new range of summer products

Digital cameras. Featuring a new promotion each week, such as the
chance to win a Gucci Fashion makeover or a Home Entertainment
system, LetsBuyIt.com will drive awareness of each campaign through
newsletters and online advertising to existing and targeted members.
