tag, ich nochmal

anbei mal eine mail aus einem us-forum

22-Jan-09 11:13 am
I emailed Entech yesterday and got a return email this morning. I must admit its the third time I tried (the other two were to WWAT's web site with no response).

I asked several questions and got a generalized response below (some things were not allowed to be answered apparently). It does seem they intend on keeping us in the loop in the coming weeks and months (BUT WE SHALL SEE).

Some of my questions were very basic (I fully admit I dont have Soc's knowledge):

Dear Mr. Anthony, Mr. Gelbaum, Dr. Smith and other Entech Board members/management:

I am a long term large shareholder of Entech/WorldWater stock. I have owned the stock for well over 2 years now. I have seen some very painful times (the failed LOI's/Europe, and the various losses associated on underbid projects. I have tried before unsuccessfully to have some questions/concerns answered. I am hoping with new management I will have more success in getting a response.

#1: Are we currently producing the new Entech panels via our new facility/production line? If not, when will we be?
#2: How many pilot/test sites do we currently have for our new entech panels (both thermovolt cpv/t and standalone sunvolt cpv)? Where are they located?
#3. RE: Certification
When will our panels be certified to all applicable standards and made available for sale? Are we still looking at during Q2?
#4. Does the company have enough cash to make it past Q2 given that we are neither selling nor bidding any projects. If not, where might we get more financing?
#5. How did the company arrive at the figure of 250-500m in sales in 2-4 years? It seems an arbitrary number given that we have not yet sold ANY product.Who has shown interest in our new products, what if any business may develop from it? What competitive advantage do we have over other companies in the same industry? IE: Why choose Entech over Suntech for example? What alliances with solar/thermal installers might we form in order to sell our systems?

Dear Donald,

Thanks so much for your questions. We appreciate all our long-term investors who have been loyal to the company even as it has evolved over the past three years, and, as you know, we are now solidly committed to commercializing our proprietary Entech applications -- where we feel the opportunity for growth and profitability are greatest. Our new name and Board reflect this strategy, and we are working hard to position the company for a leading role in the CPVT market during the quarters to come.

We cannot, at this time, answer many of your questions due to SEC regulations and competitive reasons, but we are planning to issue additional press releases, as warranted, to keep our investors informed over the weeks to come. We also plan to hold our Q4 conference call sometime in mid March, and we would encourage you to listen to that as well -- and ask questions if you'd like. I would note that, as we stated in our Q3 call, we had about $10m in cash at the end of that quarter and, due to incoming receivables, did not expect this to change materially through year-end. Also, per your question about customers, we have already begun introducing our technology to many potential clients and partners, and we have stated publicly that we may work with some on test models even before certification is achieved.

Again, many thanks for your support. Management and the Board did get to view your comments and will keep them in mind as we craft our press releases and prepare for the next earnings call.

Please don't hesitate to contact us in the future.

Best regards,
Chris
