ID Four`s TLCO Software Division signs contract to Distribute AOL V 6.0, with 700 Free Hours on company`s 5 million "Discovery CD Program"

San Diego, Calif. May31st, 2001 ID Four Ltd., (OTCBB: IDFR), ID Four today announced the signing of the contract for the joint bundling of AOL V.6.0 on the company`s TLCO Software 5 million piece Discovery CD Program.

The company`s Discovery CD Program will now include the AOL V. 6.0, which includes 700 hours of Free online service up to one month.

Scheduled to begin distribution in August 2001, the Discovery CD Program will consist of 3 phases and will reach over 5,000,000 end users. In addition, the Discovery CD Program will contain ID Four`s latest innovation, the Intelligent Digital Communicator (IDC) Client Software. End users will have the option of installing the IDC on their systems at no cost, enabling them to receive pre-emptive system and virus alerts before their systems are placed in any danger. Also, ID Four`s current strategic partners, will be able to license the use of the IDC Client in order to send targeted messages to the network of end users. Strategic Partners on the CD Rom, Include Apollo Printers[A division of HP], Corel. Invision Software, AOL and more.

ID Four is happy to report that their strategic partners, who are including their trial software packages on the CD Rom, which will now include AOL V. 6.0, are sponsoring the cost of the distribution program.
