They now are exposed to the $1 minimum bid price per share rule, as they have now closed below that level for 29 consecutive days. If they close below $1 on Monday, they will receive a delisting notice. They will then have 90 calendar days within which they must assemble at least one ten day string of >$1 closes. If they can`t accomplish that, it`s the Over The Counter Bulletin Board for them. gruss tb 2 |
