Am ende werde ich lachen und zusätzlich wird die Kasse klingeln . --------------- Leider ist es nicht so gekommen wie ich es mir gewünscht habe ,aber jetzt ist die Zeit von Alchemia gekommen . Zulassungsantrag für Fondaparinux soll diesen monat noch bei der FDA eingereicht werden ,danach wird es 6 monate dauern bis die Zulassung erfolgt . Alchemia ist weit und breit die einzigste Firma mit der generic version von GSK´s Arixtra . Dr Reddy wird fondaparinux in USA vermarkten Alchemia erhält 50% - 60% . Hab nochmal 10000 stück zu 0,13 A$ gekauft ,jetzt habe ich 20000 stück . Marktkap: 28 mio A$ = 14,1 mio € Cash: 11,1 mio A$ << reicht für über 2 Jahre bis dahin ist Alchemia sehr wahrscheinlich Profitabel Kurs : 0,18 A$ = 0,09 € Cash in hand at December 31 2008 of $11.1m, expected to fund the company for 2 years under current rates of expenditure. Generic fondaparinux The guidance given at the Company’s AGM on the likely launch date for the Company’s generic fondaparinux remains in place with the Company anticipating, subject to review times with the FDA, that generic fondaparinux should be on the market before the end of 2009. Under the FDA’s Generic Initiative for Value and Efficiency (GIVE) announced in 2007, the agency is prioritizing the review of first generics with a target of 6 months from the filing of an abbreviated new drug application (ANDA). The positive progress towards product launch was illustrated by the significant commercialisation milestone achieved in December 2008, with Alchemia entitled to a total payment of USD1.625m from manufacturing and marketing partner Dr Reddy’s Limited. USD1m (A$1.5m) was received in December 2008 and the balance (A$0.9m) will be received the earlier of the ANDA approval or December 31 2009. Global sales of fondaparinux reported by GSK for the 2008 CY were US$315m, up +57.5% over 2007 CY sales of US$200m. Alchemia anticipates that its US marketing partner Dr Reddy’s Inc. will take a significant share of the market soon after launch. Due to the complexity of the synthesis of fondaparinux it is unlikely that there will be other generic competitors. Alchemia’s position was enhanced in October 2008 by the granting of a key US patent on its manufacturing process. |
