(OTC: IDFR), announced today it has purchased a fully reporting Shell, to accelerate the company`s return to "Fully Reporting" status. ID Four is currently conforming to the terms of an NDA [Non Disclosure Agreement], but today confirmed the purchase of the Fully Reporting Shell. The Shell meets all the requirements and criteria to complete a successful merger of the two companies, and the documentation is already being processed for the filing of the company`s Form 8-K.
