Razorfish Teams With Coca-Cola To Launch `The Coca-Cola Web Magazine`

Cross-platform Services Sites Target Teenagers in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden with Up-to-date, Branded Entertainment Content

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 2001-- Razorfish, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAZF - news), the global digital solutions provider, and Coca-Cola Company, one of the leading soft drink companies in the world, announced the launch of ``The Coca-Cola Web Magazine`` in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

The new Internet service provides teenagers with current, interactive content on music, films and games, and functions as a platform for advertising promotions. Razorfish was responsible for the concept, design and implementation of the four-language service. The four sites are available at www.coca-cola.fi, www.coca-cola.se, www.coca-cola.no, and www.coca-cola.dk.

``The Coca-Cola Web Magazine`` incorporates content by well-known international partners such as MTV Nordic, Egmont Entertainment and The Gaming Channel, providing users with music-charts, movie reviews, celebrity profiles and gaming. Finnish partners of the service include one of the leading domestic advertising agency, Hasan&Partners, and Malibu Telecommunications, which specialize in mobile chat solutions.

One of the features of the ``Coca-Cola Web Magazine`` is the community section, where users can enter mobile chat and discussion groups to interact with people from their own country or other Nordic countries. The `Coca-Cola Chat` incorporates SMS chat messaging with real-time web chat functions, allowing users to take part via the web or with their mobile phones. The members can also create personalized characters for their own chat personalities and view the member cards of other people.
