COSTA MESA, Calif., May 17, 2000 - James E. Shipley, President and CEO of
EMB Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: EMBU) (Berlin, Frankfurt, and Hamburg

today that the Company has received an additional $1.4 million dollars from
e-Net Financial.Com Corporation as payment for the retirement of the short
term note due EMB by e-Net for the purchase of certain assets.
Mr. Shipley, President of EMB said, "The receipt of an additional $1.4 million
dollars from e-Net as payment on their note to EMB Corporation will leave a
balance due of approximately $1 million dollars for the purchase of American
Residential Funding, and Bravo Real Estate. The closing of that transaction,
which was previously announced, took place on April 13, 2000 and shares of
e-Net common stock was issued."
