The company will place as many as 800 million shares at $0.4 apiece through a placing agent on a best effort basis, Richly Field said in a statement. The shares represent 9.01% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company. The placing price represents a discount of 9.09% to the last trading price of $0.44 apiece. The net proceeds from the placing of about $313 million will be used for general working capital and other possible investments of the group. |
