The reactors have use in multiple industries and the Company has initially penetrated the biodiesel and vegetable oil refining industries. The NCR has documented evidence for results indicating higher yields and cost efficiencies as compared to traditional methods. The Company expects to leverage these findings to increase awareness and hence adoption rate. The biodiesel market is a lucrative and growing opportunity given the increasing consciousness towards green technologies and low carbon footprints. Many developed and developing nations have enacted various legislations which are favorable to the biodiesel industry as it is one of the most plausible alternative energy source. Macro events such as the credit bubble burst and food price inflation have temporarily tempered the rapidly growing biodiesel industry. In the long run, we believe, elevated crude oil prices and the need for a cleaner environment will refuel this growth. Alternative uses in varied industry verticals highlight the highly scalable nature of the business model. The Company expects to explore these opportunities in the coming quarters. We believe CVAT’s patent pending technology and processes, once established, will grow sales as companies continue to look to reduce costs and bring in cost efficiency. Cavitation has recently emerged from a development stage company to manufacture and sell its proven technology. The Company is young and is only beginning to grow. We expect robust growth provided the Company is able to raise approximately $8.0 million in capital to fund its commercialization expenses.
