Mal ne Frage an alle: Weiß eigentlich jemand etwas genaueres zu dem 50:50 JV namens OTI-JAPAN ? "...CSK and OTI are planning to set up a merger company, tentatively called OTI-JAPAN, in Japan sometime this spring. The new company will have exclusive rights to OTI products (their importation, manufacture and sales) in Japan, and the exclusive contract that CSK currently holds with OTI will be transferred to the new company upon its establishment.
