Bisher macht man soviel gewinn in nur 2 Provinzen, jetzt kommen die anderen dran, und das nicht mit Investitionen, die Arbeit machen Distributoren und die zahlen auch die Expansion! also \"no risk but a lot of fun\" bei dieser Expansion! das ist die geile Meldung: The board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) wishes to announce that Fujian Yirong, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a distribution agreement dated 26 November 2009 with Jisheng Huicheng (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which Jisheng Huicheng has agreed to act as the exclusive distributor of Fujian Yirong’s products in Beijing. The term of the Agreement shall commence from 1 December 2009 and end on 31 December 2012 (the “Term”). Upon expiration of the Term, Jisheng Huicheng shall have the option to renew the Agreement for an additional two years, commencing from 1 January 2013 and ending on 31 December 2014 (the “Additional Term”). However, should Fujian Yirong also wish to operate the distribution of its products in Beijing for the Additional Term, the parties have agreed to enter into a joint venture for such distribution, in which Fujian Yirong shall hold a majority stake. Pursuant to the Agreement, Jisheng Huicheng shall meet the sales target of at least RMB20 million for the first year, RMB26 million for the second year, and RMB33.8 million for the third year of the Term, or a 30% increase in respect of each successive year, whichever is higher. Jisheng Huicheng has also agreed to set up not less than 10 specialty stores selling Fujian Yirong’s products exclusively during the Term. Currently, the Group generates its domestic sales in China in only two out of China’s 31 provinces/municipals/autonomous regions (Fujian and Guangdong). The Group’s strategy is to expand on a nationwide basis through distribution partnerships. This Agreement, covering China’s capital, Beijing, is a first step in the implementation of this strategy. Jisheng Huicheng, our distributor in Beijing, is a wholesaler in the furniture industry with a revenue of approximately RMB200 million and they distribute the products to major departmental stores in Beijing. The Board is of the view that the Agreement will have a positive impact on the group\'s financial results for the financial year ending 30 June 2010. |
