The firm is known for animation series including Zorro – Generation Z, Dork Hunters from Outer Space and Legend of the Dragon. The insolvency administrator - Heinrich C. Friedhoff - has decided to sell the most important assets, i.e. all film rights of BKN, in a way of a structured sales process. He has engaged the M&A division of Commerzbank AG to assist.
