Monday, March 1, 2010 M'bishi Elec To Boost Solar Cell Output Capacity 20% In FY10 TOKYO (Nikkei)--Mitsubishi Electric Corp. (6503) said Monday it will spend some 9 billion yen to increase annual output capacity for solar cells about 23% from the current level to 270,000 kilowatts in fiscal 2010. The company will expand production capacity at its Nakatsugawa Works Iida Factory in Nagano Prefecture and Nakatsugawa Works Kyoto Factory in Kyoto. Mitsubishi aims to boost annual output capacity to 600,000 kw in fiscal 2011 and later. |
