Morita Corporation as the Company`s exclusive Distributor/Dealer for Japan. As part of these negotiations, BITEM Dental Product has been shipped to Morita for its independent testing which will be completed by September 18, 2001. Upon successful completion of testing J. Morita Corporation will become the Company`s exclusive Distributor/Dealer of BITEM Dental Products in Japan and will take steps necessary to obtain all appropriate approvals of BITEM from Japan`s regulatory authorities.
