Result of Meeting (16.4.2010) and Dividend Declaration The Company is pleased to announce that at the Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today both resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands. Completion of the sale of the Company's remaining 8,917,647 Kalahari Shares at 185p per share is expected to occur within six business days.
