Analyst Reiterates Price Target of US$6.25 for UEC Dear Shareholder: Alka Singh, Senior Metals & Mining Analyst with Rodman & Renshaw LLC in New York has issued a research note about UEC in response to the Company’s Project and Corporate Update released on May 4th. In her report, Ms. Singh reiterates an outperform rating and 12-month price target of US$6.25 for UEC, stating: “Our target price is based on UEC trading at 1.5 times our 10% NAV of US$4.20/share. Our Outperform rating on the shares is based on: 1) our positive view of uranium price in the medium to long-term 2) the technical expertise of the operating team (the members of which have built almost every ISR facility in Texas) and 3) the strategy of the company to consolidate attractive uranium projects under one umbrella and to bring a new uranium mining company into production… “UEC plans to break ground at Palangana on 7 June 2010…The Palangana project is being built on time and within the budget… “UEC has US$ 26 MM in cash and has not filed any shelf registration. The company has enough cash on hand to build the Palangana operations. UEC also has warrants and options outstanding which can bring in another US$ 34 MM.
