HALO COMPLETES $450,000 FINANCING
Toronto, Ontario, October 19, 2010 - Halo Resources Ltd. (TSXV: HLO) (FSE: HRLN) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its financing announced on September 29, 2010, as amended October 1, 2010, by issuing 1,800,000 units (“Units”), at a price of $0.25 per Unit, for total gross proceeds of $450,000. Each Unit comprised one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Warrant is exercisable to acquire one additional common share of the Company for two years at a price of $0.35 per share. Finder's fees totaling $7,200 cash and 21,600 finder's warrants were paid on a portion of the private placement. The finder's warrants have the same terms as the private placement warrants.
