NWTT - CH NEWS SAT 2/5/11

***********************************************************************************************************************
OTC/PK TICKER: (NWTT) - UPDATE 2-5-2011
***********************************************************************************************************************

NOTE: It's long winded...read her slow!

Hi Club Traders,

Things are "rally" looking up for NWTT! First and foremost, I want to take a minute to discuss the recent actions of a closely related company. A company that is already wearing the same pair of shoes that NWTT will be filling around Spring time of 2011, and I want to clarify what a mining "Option Agreement" really means.

Yup, "April showers bring MAY 18Th Flowers!" Oh, yea...and I want to cover the current undervalued NWTT share price a little bit before we close this update.

Alright traders, let's take a closer look at that "related" company. They are currently working on a few of Joe Riives' mining claims under the same "optioned" mining claim agreements. That company is: Laurentian Goldfields Ltd . Go ahead...don't be shy - Open their website and check them out -- and then come back here and finish reading.

Ok, now you see...let's pray together that NWTT has a similar looking website on May 18, 2011! You know Club Traders, one of the nice things about not being a paid promoter, being anonymous and not receiving any cash from any company, is that I can talk about other companies ~ whenever I want to!

I know, we're here to discuss NWTT... why would I want to talk about Laurentian? Well, it's rather simple, they are a GOLD exploration company who have [in fact] signed "Option Agreements" for mining claims "owned" directly by Mr. Joe Riives [aka: "Option Agreement"]. And they are currently exploring Mr. Riives's properties creating more and more shareholder value by the minute! Right, sound familiar?

You guess it!!! Our SPOTY NWTT falls into a similar category and we have discussed this in our previous update - in our search for an "Option Agreement." Ok stop, stop, stop... The reason I bring this "option" stuff to your attention again is because the naysayers are all over the Internet blabbing "See we told you... they [NWTT] don't own no gold property!" -- No need to "name any names" here! Funny stuff...

NWTT has an option agreement in play-- which is actually BETTER THAN OWNERSHIP OF A "POTENTIAL" GOLD PROPERTY!

How is that? One or twenty b@shers may ask...

Allow me to explain it to you club traders.... and maybe the naysayers will "get it" after we cross into pennyland this "Spring" season---> as NWTT has so kindly filed in OTC! And how painful it will be to naked shorts as we taste "Dollarville" in two years!

Anyhow, the ding-a-ling b@shers are gawking at the "Option" fact because they have NO IDEA how a mining claim is traditionally transferred in Canada. Even though it's not too hard to comprehend. Anyone could simply call Laurentian (or any mining company trading over $3.00 per share in Canada) and ask them if they have the right to keep their "optioned" mining claims-- and change the name on the title with the Ministry. If they have time to chat, you will get a response of, "YES, WHY WOULDN'T WE BE ABLE TO OWN OUR OPTIONED CLAIM AND CHANGE TITLE.".

Hmmmmmmm...that brings me to another point. I say call Laurentian because Min M@r does not want anyone making contact with certain players of NWTT. Oh boy, for the Clubhouse to get it's very own "Filing" on OTC ... I'm guessing our investigator must have really "stirred the pot" so to speak, more than I thought!

Anyhow, moving right along, what happens with these mining "Option Agreements" is two fold: one, it allows a company to explore for gold acting in an official capacity as the "legal owner" of a claim and two, it protects all parties involved in case no gold is found and the property returned.

The fact is, many properties have very little gold on them. What if there was no gold, and NWTT bought the claim outright [as bashers are thinking NWTT should have] before they had any professional GOLD exploration team do work? You bet...NWTT could be out the money for the property, if there were no gold and they would have no way to get rid of it! It would be bad to buy it! That's why we have the "Option Agreement" that bashers seem to not understand - but you will, in just a second...

Buying a mining property in the traditional sense -- like a buying home -- it would be downright STUPID! When you buy a home you have the right to look inside before you buy it! With a mining claim "work" must be done which creates liability for the claim owners, so they usually "Option" the property as "Sold" or "To be Sold" but with a right for company XYZ to return it. So, again, SMART MONEY sees this move made by NWTT of "Option to Own" as the ONLY SMART play for NWTT shareholders. SMART MOVES MAKE SHAREHOLDERS LOADS OF MONEY!!!!!

To calm the nerves of some traders who have expressed concerns regarding b@shers calling an "Option" as "THE SAME THING AS A LEASE" - Let me say this as nice as I can, stock manipulators don't know what the heck they are talking about- Period!

Allow me to explain what's going on with NWTT and her mining claim. If you have ever traded "stock options" in the stock market, like "Puts" or "Calls" you have a basic understanding of an "Option" to buy something. An "Option" is NOT a Lease! If it were the same as a lease I would never trade options because you could never own the stock!!! When buying stock options traders have the "Option" [via a contract] to buy shares of a specific company at a specific price.

The EXACT same thing goes for a mining operation, you have the legal "Option" to buy the mining claim at a specified price and at a specified time; namely, after you check [do work] to see if there is any gold there! A Mining "Option Agreement" -- Yes, the document that is in play between NWTT and Mr. Joe Riives is pretty sweet, and it does NOT EXPIRE on the third Friday of the month! It literally leaves our options wide-open!

Now, I don't know what you're thinking but I'm thinking there seems to be NO problem finding gold on the NEW MILLENNIUM PROPERTY! As a matter of fact, the numbers keeps going up! I heard 5 oz of Gold per ton of Ore a week ago, and then I watched a licensed Geologist state 8 oz of Gold per ton in a video! Jeez...La-urentian! With our reports and that dang video...We know those numbers are factually based! If that fact was not true... any Jury WOULD HAVE A LAUGH WATCHING THE VIDEO and be done with that Geo. in three minutes of deliberations! I would be happy finding 300 parts per billion, which would be somewhere around 20 grams per ton! Yup, those are some of the Laurentian actual numbers! But 8 Oz of Gold / Pick-up truck load of dirt!!! That's Ten Grand in EVERY one ton tuck bed they can fill with an excavator!!!

So, this brings us to a crossroad of understanding. This is what you should have gathered so far: NWTT has the choice of either keeping the property or returning it to the owner of record; namely, Joe. It's kind of confusing but whenever a company like Laurentian or NWTT take possession of a mining claim they can keep it forever (and change title) or they choose to simply return the property after exploration and not change the title into their name.

On a lighter note, here's one little lesser known fact about that Laurentian "Optioned" - Riives "owned" claim. You see, Laurentian has decided to keep the claims they "Optioned" from Mr. Joe Riives. I'm assuming they found something pretty "shiny" on the property! I think it would be wise for Laurentian to use their sweet "Option Agreement" now... buy the property and change title to reflect them as legal owner!

So my club trader friends...interestingly, that is why a company is wiser to "option" and later "buy" a claim. Just like Laurentian Goldfields is doing with their Thundercloud property. There is never a mention of the word "Lease" anywhere in NWTT's "OPTION AGREEMENT" with Riives.

Does all this now make sense b@shers? NWTT can own it whenever they are ready to own the claim -- with no questions asked. So how is owning better? It's not...

Just like when you buy shares through a stock option agreement, you just do it-- not much of a hassle really! End of ownership details. It is what it is folks!

NWTT SHARE PRICE:

Alright, now for our share price chitter chatter. Unlike the aforementioned discussions regarding "Option Agreements" -- which are the law, this share price discussion will be speculative as is our target share price of .055+ but interesting nonetheless.

Here at the Clubhouse, we have heard so many outlandish ideas about why the NWTT pps is trading so low, that we decided to bust out the old calculus from our college days and get to work. I'm not going to attempt typing an explanation for the limits as x approaches c or rant over f(x) derivatives taken from the minute by minute volume graphs but I will say that our findings are not "alarming" whatsoever -- by any fundamental, theoretical or mathematical standard.

With that said, we have a pretty good idea that we know exactly what's going on with the NWTT share price. To make this quick, it's not dilution, sorry naysayer guys! We really were looking hard to find any sign of a diluting documents coming to life and we simply could not find one - nor the results of one coming about. End of that conversation.

Right, Right Right..... So what the hell is going on with the NWTT PPS?

... Relax folks...we're getting there!!!

Now don't freak out, I know the b@shers are going to cut and paste this stuff all over GOD'S Internet. However, as always, we will continue to be honest and forthcoming about our SPOTY NWTT-unlike b@shers. So, here ya go, we did see some buying going on and it was not shares!

Our "handy-dandy" Calculus tell us, whereas insiders will not, that there is likely a small amount selling of A/S shares for the purchase of "Something" - which WILL affect the float [currently reported at 322 Mil]. We do not know what was bought or being bought, other than Raffella stated she was buying a new tractor so she could "up production" to meet her current supply-side demand, and we know that Joe Riives was due a rather large check from 7662491 Canada Corp which would have needed to be paid by someone. In addition, we all know this last merger took a long time to complete, which means daily operating costs are racking up.

Hear this traders!!! As a trader myself...I am OK with NWTT selling a few shares to buy Raffella a new Excavator, so she can provide more of her products to a growing customer base, and I am definitely OK with Joe Riives getting paid so we can pull GOLD out of the ground!!!

...So what's the problem?

We'll this suspected "activity" (not confirmed) would drop the pps while we wait for other news or earnings figures to ratchet our profits back up a notch...but the GOOD NEWS IS...

...it means they're doing REAL BUSINESS!!!!!!!

NWTT is definitely a sweet stock pick! (Our "SPOTY" for those who didn't know!)

Anyone who calls NWTT a "Scam" is absolutely retarded! Worse than, Forrest Gump! Although Forrest Gump was AT LEAST smart enough to buy APPLE Inc. (APPL) at .0005 per share! Maybe the b@shers grabbed a few NWTT shares at .0004 "Just in case."

Through the use of our proprietary formulas, we CLEARLY saw insider activity around the times these payments were either due, expected or were actually made. But lets not freak out! This is just a sign of savvy business, since 90%-95% of ALL companies trading in the ENTIRE WORLD sell shares for expansion purposes, for the purchase of equipment to meet demand or to start production. Now, if we found out that Jeff Allen of Min M@r was selling shares to buy a new Audi or Sony TV, we would let you know...and trust me we would know within minutes of his purchase! We have our "ways" [If you will].

Lets be straight, no insider is going to tell us anything about how many shares they own or how many they bought or sold - unless the law required it - so we usually don't waste our time asking them. Previous insiders could care less about the new owners share prices falling off a cliff and will usually dump on anything over 10-20% returns after leaving a company - As you know, J.W. would fall in that program-- [See ya later J.W. and don't come back -- this is a shareholder owned company now!]

Other than that...NWTT looks DAMN GOLDEN MY FRIENDS!

Hopefully all this makes sense!
