On an interim basis, Covad`s financial matters will be overseen by a quadriad of finance vice presidents. They are Joseph Le Chevallier, corporate controller, Christine Morris, treasurer, Mary Kay Runyan, corporate services and Rob Stamer, financial operations. Covad`s current executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), Mark Perry, is leaving Covad to pursue other interests.
