Zi and Condat partner to offer integrated solution

CALGARY, Aug 08, 2001 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- Zi Corporation (Nasdaq: ZICA) (TSE: ZIC) and Condat AG have signed a marketing agreement to support eZiText(TM), the text input solution from Zi Corporation. Condat, a leading supplier of protocol stacks for mobile devices, will promote eZiText(TM) to their worldwide customer base. Under the global marketing agreement, Condat can offer eZiText(TM) as a part of their protocol stacks for GSM, GPRS, UMTS, Basic Man-Machine Interface and Man Machine Interface Framework.
